Legal status and general information

Silvix Ltd. is a limited liability company originally registered by Sofia City Court Decision dated 27.08.1996 on company case № 10746/1996. Subsequently, in accordance with the requirements of the Commercial register law, the company has been re-registered in the Commercial Register Agency with UIC 121141902.

The company has its seat and registered office in Sofia 1113, Geo Milev № 8A  "Akad.Nikola Obreshkov" str.

There are three owners of the company:

• Violeta Petrova Mihaylova – Certified Public Accountant, registered auditor, № 0059/92 - holds  60 % ownership interest
• Rumyana Petkova Vasileva - Certified Public Accountant, registered auditor  № 0396/97 - holds  10 % ownership interest
• Asen Petrov Bankov – holds 30 % ownership interest

The company is managed by the three partners- managers – together or individually.
