About founders

Violeta Mihaylova is practicing since 1992. She’s the founder of Silvix and is among the first Certified Public Accountants in Bulgaria, member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants (ICPA). She participated actively in the audit profession revival by her contribution to developing practices and theoretical basis.

She has been:

• a member in  ICPA’s Managing and Disciplinary Board
• an examiner to certify CPAs.

She holds:

• Certificate for auditing insurance companies
• Certificate for lecturing on IAS
• Certificate for lecturing on ISA

During all these years she has performed nearly 1 000 audits whereby her audit opinion has always been reliable and trustworthy on account of which she’s highly appreciated specialist.
